-
For many years you have been supportive and stood firm beneath my feet.
-
Together we have tracked many miles and climbed many ladders.
-
Whether rain, sleet, snow, ice, mud, heat or humidity, you were there through it all.
-
You trampled every square inch of property and knew every blade of grass, grain of sand and stone and dirt covered paths.
-
Carrying food out to feed the deer, fish and birds was a regular routine.
-
Gathering and hauling out the trash was a weekly chore.
-
You never complained about trapesing into the woods to collect firewood for the many bon fires we sat near.
-
Your strength and durability took the, pushing, pulling, digging and grinding stress out of yard work.
-
I will remember our time together every time I look out my window at the beautiful landscape we created together.
-
Good-bye my sole mate, you will be missed but never forgotten.

Years of Support

No one has to remind us the United States is in a recession do to the financial melt down. Each and every day people gather in front of the television, listen to the radio or read the paper only to see how bad things have gotten. Is this really what day to day life has come to? Waiting for that one news bulletin for that glimmer of light or news flash that says “The recession is over”. Should such an article ever appear, will your life be any different tomorrow?
Living your life to the best of your ability in a way that satisfies you is the only thing that will change tomorrow. Believing in yourself and striving to reach your goals and dreams day after day is all the fuel and support you need to live a better life.
Independent business owners, self-employed, artists, visionaries, writers and inventors are all entrepreneurs. This society chooses to do what others say can’t be done. This society builds strength from the lack of support from the outside world to overcome the negatives and achieve the positive. They are a group witnessing the greed, selfishness and hostility towards money and lack of consideration for mankind. Although a part of the big picture entrepreneurs live in their own world. A place where only good prevails through the power on God, positive thinking and self motivation. Independent individuals strongly believe in the power of faith, family and friends.
Never underestimate the power of Independence! The power of one can be strong but the power of many is greater. The world of self-employed is growing and gaining strength. Until you find your world (and you will), who’s world would you rather be a part of today?
The meaning of United States means just that, working and living together. Together we can overcome all bias and create a better place. United as one we voted Mr Barack Obama (an African American) to be our next president of the United States. Many said it would never happen! Once again the believe in the person (President Barack Obama) and unity of this country has shown the ability to want to change for the better. “I have a dream”…Martin Luther King. From that I believe “we all have a dream”!
Follow your bliss but carry your passion with you where ever you go and include it in what ever you do. Live YOUR life to the fullest starting today!

I am like a bear who feel asleep in storage for three years then woke up. Excitedly, I ran out to take my place in the window. The store was empty, there were no people. How could this be? After all it seemed just yesterday I was seated in the window looking out at the crowds walking by. What happened?
The children would push their faces against the window as if they had to in order to get the best view of the toys displayed on the other side. And the music, oh so soothing, would play throughout the store as people shopped all day long buying things that brought joy to them. My favorite part of the store was the toy department. The faces of the children: one would think they were in heaven with so many toys! Before I knew it, the fun end, closing time. Wait til morning to greet the people again. Only tomorrow has come and gone, where are the people?
